Data required for film matching: spherical degree / SPH, astigmatism degree / CYL, astigmatism axis / axis, pupil distance / Pd (if there is astigmatism, there must be axis position; if there is no astigmatism, only the degree and pupil distance are required)

Standard Online Eye Glasses Prescription degree format (example) — Note: it must be written in the order of top right and bottom left

R (right Eyeglasses): – 500 / 125 * 180 (spherical degree SPH / astigmatism degree CYL * astigmatism axis)

L (left Cheap Eyeglasses): – 450 / 175 * 175 (spherical degree SPH / astigmatism degree CYL * astigmatism axis) (Note: if there is astigmatism, there must be axis position)
